As an integral part of our services related to industrial belts and belting, at Bowman Hollis Manufacturing, we offer professional conveyor belt installation services. We have multiple field crews consisting of specially trained technicians to provide onsite installation of industrial belts and related accessories. Our teams have experience in all types of facilities, from automotive manufacturing plants to food processors, large distribution centers, industrial converting facilities, and more. We serve companies anywhere in the Southeastern United States.

Combining our custom belt fabrication capabilities with belt installation, we seamlessly integrate the new belts into existing equipment. We can splice in endless belts onsite for a perfect fit. Our crews are even available to train in-plant personnel in various splicing techniques, such as a low profile skived splice, heavy-duty finger splice, or a lace splice that can be disconnected.

We install all types of conveyor belts, including cleated, low-profile, modular, roller chain, and welded designs. Our technicians are accustomed to working with belting made from an extensive range of materials, such as plastics, rubber, non-wovens, silicone, PTFE, NBR, SBR, etc. We source belt materials from the best manufacturers, including Habasit, Nitta, Esbelt, Sampla, and more. We are equipped to manufacture, splice, and install belts measuring up to 118” wide.

One of our strengths as a full-service industrial distributor and manufacturer is our ability to respond quickly to customer requests. We fabricate and install belts as soon as possible, typically within three to five days, with priority services available for urgent situations.
