At Bowman Hollis Manufacturing, we specialize in supplying custom industrial belting of all types. We design, engineer, and provide build-to-print fabrication of conveyors, food processing, power transmission, textile, and many other types of belts. With our in-depth knowledge of industrial belting, we provide custom solutions that promote operational efficiency, improve output, and extend belt longevity. We partner with leading belting manufacturers worldwide to deliver the exact right belt to keep products moving and machinery running.

We engineer custom belts in an extensive array of designs and materials. Our team can survey operations, assess current belt performance, look for any issues that might be causing belt problems, and recommend a new solution. We can advise on a belt option to improve performance and reduce overall belt and belt replacement costs.

Supplied in widths up to 118”, belt designs include cleated, low profile, roller chain, and spliced endless. Along with various splicing options, we offer different edge types, such as fabric, grommets, pin guides, etc. Material choices consist of multiple types and grades of plastic, silicone, cotton, non-wovens, rubber, and more. Whether it is food-safe and sanitary conditions, a high-temperature environment, heavy-duty conveying, or high-speed textile and yarn forming, we have a solution.

Our industry partners include Habasit, Esbelt, Taconic, Nitta, and other major manufacturers. Leveraging our relationships and our in-house capabilities, we can deliver custom belts and belting usually within three to five days, with rush services also available. From general manufacturing and packaging to paper converting and medical, construction, automotive, and other industrial applications, we supply premium quality custom belts and belting quickly and at a low cost.
